We are seeking an experienced Petfolk Veterinarian - Pet Care Specialist to join our team at Petfolk. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pet care and exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a strong passion for improving veterinary healthcare and educating pet parents. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide innovative and Fear Free/force free handling-based approaches to interacting with and handling pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality pet care services, prioritizing preventative care and adapting to the needs of each pet.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative approaches to veterinary care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for pets and their parents.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current on industry innovations and advancements in veterinary medicine.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that pet parents feel valued and supported throughout their experience with us.
Requirements
  • A Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent, active and in good standing in the state of South Carolina or currently pursuing registration in SC.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in the pet ecosystem.
  • A commitment to Fear-Free/force-free handling-based approaches to interacting with and handling pets.
  • The ability to adapt and thrive in an innovative, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
