With our pay-per-test model, you can earn additional compensation for visits where the health plan member qualifies for additional diagnostic and preventive tests. Enjoy flexible shifts, including Monday to Sunday, with no nights or weekends required. You'll have the opportunity to work on a short-term or long-term basis, with pre-scheduled visits in the comfort of the health plan member's home.
As a Signify Health contractor, you'll be provided with a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation. You won't prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter treatment regimens. Our NP contractors can earn a competitive wage while managing other personal and clinical commitments.
