Analytical Chemist

Natural Organics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled QC Chemist I to join our team in the Quality Control Laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and purity of our vitamin supplements.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Operate and maintain complex instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
  • Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP) documentation procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and test methods to ensure consistency and accuracy in testing.
  • Collaborate with the laboratory manager to ensure seamless execution of testing and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HPLC/GC analysis, preferably in the personal care, nutraceutical, or chemical industries.
• Proven experience working in a cGMP/cGLP environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
