About the Role

HonorHealth is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures, including blood draws and specimen collection
  • Operate the hospital tube system to receive and distribute specimens
  • Receives and processes outpatient laboratory specimens, ensuring accurate patient identification and specimen type
  • Use the Hospital Information System to order, cancel, and retrieve lab test requests and patient information
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
