Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Technician to join our rehabilitation team at our Lockport, IL outpatient clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the front office coordinator with administrative and clinical duties.
- Support patient care by greeting patients and working alongside clinicians during treatments.
- Perform various tasks, including filing charts, preparing patients for treatment, and assisting with equipment.
- Provide routine treatments, such as applying hot/cold packs and modalities, under the direction of professional staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Previous rehabilitation experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of equipment and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
