Job Overview

Creekside Rehabilitation and Behavioral Health is a 181 bed Skilled Nursing Facility seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Staff Development to provide quality care and education to nursing personnel.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a valid LVN License in CA and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a SNF or similar setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs for staff development
  • Monitor activities to ensure quality care and compliance with state and federal standards
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and Employee information
