About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Crew Trainer to join our team at NGP Management Dunkin' Donuts. As a Trainer, you will play a critical role in the success of our stores by managing the start-to-finish onboarding process for new Crew members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct orientations for new hires within your district, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Assist new hires with all onboarding paperwork, maintaining attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Ensure new hires have a solid understanding of all onboarding information, including the Employee Handbook.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all crew positions, standards of execution, service times, and standards.
  • Introduce new employees to e-learning, training programs, expectations, and store organization.
  • Train newly hired crew members with little to no previous Dunkin' experience using official Dunkin' and NGP Management training programs.
  • Work with new employees who have Dunkin' experience to understand their level of knowledge and determine the best training path forward.
  • Administer e-learning usernames and monitor required course completion within a prescribed timeframe.
  • Communicate effectively with Managers on the progress of their trainees.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to continue your own personal training and maintain all standards of the NGP Training Department.
Requirements
  • 1 year of food service experience.
  • Ability to count money and make change.
  • Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
