Pleasant View Center Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistants to join our team at Pleasant View Center. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed, performing duties as assigned.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans, established policies, and procedures.
  • Assist residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
  • Coordinate dining room services at assigned mealtimes, including set-up and clean-up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
  • Deliver and document nutritional supplements to residents at assigned times and provide assistance as necessary to ensure intake.
  • Assist with weighing residents according to facility policy and record weight.
  • Assist with tracking the condition of the resident's skin.
  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written, and electronic communications.
