We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Police Corporal to join our team in Red Bluff, CA. As a Police Corporal, you will play a crucial role in maintaining public safety and providing exceptional service to our community.

• Supervise and lead a team of police officers and other personnel to ensure effective law enforcement operations.
• Plan and coordinate field activities, including patrols, investigations, and community outreach programs.
• Counsel and train personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Review and approve police reports and other documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve citizen complaints and provide feedback to employees.
• Conduct roll call briefings and maintain discipline among personnel.

• Possess a POST Basic Certificate and at least three years of experience as a Police Officer in California.
• Complete the POST Supervisory Course within one year from date of hire and qualify for the POST Supervisory Certificate within 30 months.
