Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Resiliency LLC. As a Per Diem Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiologic procedures in assigned areas, working flexible hours, and traveling to various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform radiologic procedures in assigned areas, including basic radiographic exams using fixed and portable imaging equipment.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and graveyard shifts, with shift and weekend differentials.
  • Travel to various locations, including UCSF Medical Center locations, to perform radiologic procedures.
  • Under the direction of the technical supervisor, perform radiologic procedures at a safe and technical level, not requiring constant supervision.
  • Perform safe imaging procedures on all emergent, inpatient, and outpatient age-specific populations.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities in the department.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service to patients.
  • Correctly identify patients for the procedures performed and their respective images.
  • Follow Infection Control policies, radiation policies, and good body mechanics.
  • Maintain appropriate continuing education credits.
  • Comply with all Medical Center and Department policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Requires ARRT Licensure or ARRT-approved equivalent.
  • Requires CRT Licensure.
  • Graduate of a formal radiology technology-training program in an AMA approved school.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to rotate shifts and coverage for weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to perform job duties in a safe, reliable, responsible, and timely fashion.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under any workload and/or patient volume.
  • Knowledge of related Radiology systems.
  • Ability to correctly prioritize and complete tasks, needing little or no supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize and effective use of time.

Compensation

The position pays $84.47/hr.
