Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanford Medical Center - Broadway. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in ND or eligible for compact licensure
- 1+ year of ICU experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
