- Pharmacist Licensure: Current licensure in the state(s) within the district.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacist degree from an accredited educational institution, with at least 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Certifications and Training: Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
