Job Summary: Marshfield Clinic Health System is seeking a highly skilled Urology Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive urology care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urological conditions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between healthcare settings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest urology research, best practices, and evidence-based guidelines to provide the highest level of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Wisconsin.
- Board certification in Urology Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Urology Nurse Practitioner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
