About This Opportunity:

We are seeking an E-commerce Director to lead the sales and marketing efforts of our retail store in Macon, GA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Profitability: Achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals through effective team management, sales tactics, and performance analysis. Adjust strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.">
• Marketing Strategy: Craft and execute a premium local marketing plan, inclusive of a social media strategy that elevates brand presence, engages affluent customers, and drives traffic to both online and brick-and-mortar stores.">
• Innovation and Best Practices: Test and implement new processes, best practices, and operational workflows. Provide feedback to corporate leadership on the effectiveness of these initiatives.">

Requirements:

• Retail Management Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the gifting or specialty food industry.">
