Job Summary:

As a Traveling Project Manager at First Onsite Property Restoration, you will lead assigned projects in close collaboration with the Project Director, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to achieve project goals.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including project directors, clients, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and mitigate project risks, and make informed decisions to ensure project success.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on quality, timeline, and budget.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
