Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Assured Nursing is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a contract position in Kokomo, Indiana.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess a current state license as a Respiratory Therapist and have at least 2 years of recent experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
