Bakery Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Rosauers Supermarkets. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for creating a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more. Your passion for baking and commitment to quality will make you a valuable asset to our bakery department.

• Bake a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to meet customer demand.
• Interact with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Package and display baked goods in an attractive and appealing manner.
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean and safe bakery environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals and objectives.

• 1-2 years of baking experience, preferably in a retail or commercial setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and weekends.

• Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 - $18.20 per hour, depending on experience.
