Job Description:
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment, and driving sales. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied with their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
- Use your product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and replenishment standards.
- Participate in key campaigns and services, such as new item launches and promotions.
- Utilize training and communication tools to stay up-to-date on products and services.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
