Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of mechanical systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality results in line with project specifications and safety standards.

This position requires extensive travel to various on-site locations across the country. Opportunity to manage diverse projects across various industries. Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of mechanical installation projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Review all contract documents, schedules, and drawings, and ensure comprehensive understanding of the project scope before initiating site work.
  • Create an accurate bill of materials (BOM) and manage material adjustments based on site conditions.
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors, ensuring labor and material requirements are met according to the project schedule and contract terms.
  • Perform mechanical installation work, including piping, electrical wiring, and mechanical systems as required, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Evaluate and maintain a clean and secure worksite environment throughout the project.
  • Provide regular project updates, submit daily reports, and communicate any critical issues to management promptly.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mechanical construction or installation project management.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including piping, HVAC, and other related systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in construction and mechanical installations.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and reporting systems.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively to various project sites across the country.
