CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Generations Behavioral Health in Geneva, Ohio. As a per diem, nonexempt Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities- Filling orders with precision and attention to detail
- Checking technician-prepared products before release to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintaining the security of the pharmacy and controlled substances
- Entering orders and patient information with accuracy and efficiency
- Aiding in the training of new staff members
- Providing updates to the Director on daily pharmacy activities
- Aiding the Director in maintaining the pharmacy
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
- Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Ohio
- Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program strongly preferred
- Experience as a Pharmacist in a Hospital setting preferred
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
- Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
- Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
- Effective communications skills; verbal and written
