Job Summary

The Comprehensive Community Action (CCA) organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Learn 2 Earn program, you will be responsible for providing case management services to youth and young adults aged 14-24, ensuring they receive a coordinated range of client-centered services to achieve their employment and education goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive case management services to assigned clients, including intake and assessments, monitoring of cases, and development of service plans.
  • Conduct outreach and networking with other youth-serving programs and high schools to promote the Learn 2 Earn program and build partnerships.
  • Track and record case information, complete forms, and produce monthly attendance and case note reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain youth in the program, including motivation and encouragement.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve program goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or education, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in case management, youth development, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Google platforms, with experience using case management software.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability insurance.
