The Comprehensive Community Action (CCA) organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Development Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive case management services to assigned clients, including intake and assessments, monitoring of cases, and development of service plans.
- Conduct outreach and networking with other youth-serving programs and high schools to promote the Learn 2 Earn program and build partnerships.
- Track and record case information, complete forms, and produce monthly attendance and case note reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain youth in the program, including motivation and encouragement.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve program goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or education, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in case management, youth development, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Google platforms, with experience using case management software.
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability insurance.
