Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Hyde Park Healthcare Center. As a skilled nursing and assisted living provider, we offer a supportive and family-like environment where our patients can receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to residents in our skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Valid CNA license and CPR certification.
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing and assisted living a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
