Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Good Samaritan Hospital is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and analyze arterial and capillary sticks on infants and pediatric patients as applicable.
  • Perform and interpret pulse oximetry, capnography, and transcutaneous monitoring measurements.
  • Serve as a consultant to physicians and department staff on matters of respiratory care.
  • May be called upon to act in the absence of the supervisor as applicable.
  • Completes other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Respiratory care or equivalent training required.
  • One year with emphasis on critical care.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the National Board for Respiratory care AND licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
