We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Staff Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching and mentoring medical students, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care
- Teach and mentor medical students in the clinical setting, including didactics and clinical medicine
- Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and provider meetings
- Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and principles of practice
- Assist in outside medical public relations functions
- Terminal degree from an accredited institution (MD/DO)
- One to three years of experience in a clinical setting
- Good standing with all regulatory and governmental boards and agencies
- Eligible for coverage by college's malpractice insurer if applicable
- Experience in overseeing student/patient collaboration
