We are a dynamic and growing Goldfish Swim School in Bellevue, WA seeking an experienced Swim Instructor. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young swimmers and contributing to their water safety and skill development.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
  • Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
  • Interact with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's development and progress.
  • Assist in maintaining pool facilities, ensuring they remain clean, well-maintained, and safe for use.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in aquatic education.

Requirements:

  • At least 16 years old (or turning 16 upon start date)
  • Ability to work with children, possessing excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Must pass background examinations as part of the hiring process.
  • Available to commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week.
