As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide top-notch patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care models.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a technically complex environment, utilizing the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care models.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a culture of safety and quality at the point of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
