Job Overview:
Your Role:
The registered nurse provides expert and technical nursing care to designated patients. This includes both direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process, which encompasses assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
The nurse will oversee and guide other assigned team members while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure care is appropriate for various age groups and developmental stages, adhering to established unit standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Additional certifications as required by the department
- Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum of 6 months of RN experience
