Job Summary:

The Nail Technician is a key member of our team at Foot And Ankle Specialists, responsible for delivering exceptional pedicure experiences to our patients. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality pedicure services while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Treat patients with compassion and respect, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.
• Ensure all instruments are properly sterilized and maintained to meet state salon guidelines.
• Contribute to a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to strict sanitation and cleaning protocols.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless continuity of care and efficient appointment scheduling.
• Enter accurate and timely information into salon worksheets and maintain accurate records.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the salon.

Requirements:

• Current Nail Tech License.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Computer/typing skills and ability to learn new software.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
