Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to provide essential therapy services within a school environment. This role is crucial in supporting the physical health and rehabilitation of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student limitations and formulate individualized therapeutic plans aimed at recovery.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to each student's needs.
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate effectively with educational administrators and a multidisciplinary therapy team, including Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists.
- Educate students and their families on self-care techniques and exercises that enhance therapy outcomes.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students within the educational setting.
- Keep accurate patient records in accordance with applicable regulations.
Position Details:
