We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Carpentry Apprentice in our Brothers Keeper program.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and regional costs.

In this role, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that covers safety protocols, math skills, material identification, and hands-on construction training. You will also have the opportunity to work with local communities to increase support for and membership in the carpenters union.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend Boot Camp Orientation and Pre-Apprenticeship program
  • Participate in hands-on construction training
  • Learn safety protocols and OSHA certification
  • Develop soft skills and confidence in job-seeking abilities

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift 60+ pounds
  • Must pass drug screening
  • No experience necessary
  • No criminal background check
