Tarantino Properties is a leading provider of senior living solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Lake Wylie Assisted Living Community.
Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and empathetic Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, administering medications, and promoting a safe and comfortable living environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Administer medications as directed by the LPN/LVN and/or Assisted Living Director.
- Provide emotional and social support to residents, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
- Assist residents with ambulation and transferring, ensuring their safety and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Measure and record height and weight, as well as fluid intake and output.
- Recognize and report any abnormal changes in body functioning to a supervisor.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or med tech required.
- Previous experience working with senior living communities preferred.
- Caregiver Certification and/or Medication Aide Certification preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
