Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at The People Link Corp, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, providing one-on-one treatment to patients with a variety of conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, osteoporosis, and women's health issues.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized physical therapy treatment to patients, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, incorporating a range of techniques, including soft tissue work, joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
- Collaborate with our team of experienced therapists to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college.
- Current Physical Therapist license in Washington state.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy, with a preference for candidates with pelvic floor experience.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Flexible full-time hours and a competitive salary range of $93k - $100k depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k) with 3% match, CE allowance, paid vacations and holidays, and sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
