Compensation:
$21.50 per hour
Work Schedule:
Full Time - Various Weekdays and Weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train kitchen staff, including Line Cooks and Dishwashers, under the general supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage.
- Manage food and supply procurement.
- Conduct and document safety audits and monthly training sessions.
- Ensure that all dishes are presented correctly before they leave the kitchen.
- Monitor kitchen labor and food costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare high-quality meals that meet the standards of our dining experience.
