Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Delivery Product Manager to lead the development of our last mile delivery solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce technology platforms and tools, as well as experience in translating customer needs into engineering requirements.

">Responsibilities
">The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and driving product development, Go-to-Market-related processes, and being accountable for product initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
">- ">
- Collecting and deriving customer/market insights through qualitative and quantitative methods">
- Managing the product roadmap dashboard and ensuring the latest information circulates within the Product organization">
- Creating value propositions that are desirable, viable, and feasible">
- Prioritizing and sizing requirements with an in-depth understanding of company and product strategy and priorities">
- Driving and supporting product strategy and development, ensuring initiatives are documented and adhere to the product development framework">
- Reviewing and coordinating Business Requirement Document (BRD) approval and submission to the Tech/Process Product teams">
- Managing the rollout of new product features to the market, providing product introduction sessions and training for the Commercial team">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
">- ">
- A solid academic record and strong product management skills">
- 8+ years of practical experience in U.S. cross-border/domestic last-mile delivery">
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce technology platforms and tools, such as Notion">
- Proven experience in translating customer needs into engineering requirements">
- Ability to conceptualize, handle, and prioritize multiple projects effectively">
- Demonstrated success in taking ownership and delivering results">
- Experience collaborating with Engineers and Designers to discover, develop, and deliver product solutions">
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise">
- Experience working directly with customers and identifying root causes of product inputs">
