Job Title: Spa Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Associate to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a Spa Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our spa.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service to members and guests
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of our menu of services and effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
  • Uphold spa cleanliness standards and maintain a positive and energetic attitude
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
  • Perform various other duties as assigned
