Role of the Automotive Alignment Technician
As an Automotive Alignment Technician, you will utilize cutting-edge technology to ensure optimal alignment of tires and wheels on customer vehicles. Your expertise in measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles will help minimize tire wear and guarantee that vehicles operate smoothly and accurately. In addition to alignment services, you will conduct state-required inspections, perform oil changes, handle flat repairs, and execute other essential automotive services.

Qualifications Required
We are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship. To qualify for the Automotive Alignment Technician position, candidates must meet the following criteria: (1) be at least 18 years old; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) have a minimum of one year of experience or training in tire services, including dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires, or possess a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the job responsibilities. A state inspection license is preferred.
This role requires physical stamina, as Automotive Alignment Technicians must stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform various movements associated with vehicle maintenance. Candidates should be able to lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds regularly.
