Their key responsibilities include overseeing system activity, conducting audits to ensure security alignment, and collaborating with Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to implement security requirements for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing security to include user profiles, roles, permissions, object security, and query security for all areas of Workday.
  • Reviewing current internal security controls and proposing changes as needed to enhance system security.
  • Monitoring system security and access controls, configuring and deploying security measures as necessary.
  • Maintaining a security matrix and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards and company policies.

Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Required: 8+ years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including experience with nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies OR Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of user profiles, roles, permissions, and security configurations.
  • Knowledge of data privacy standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with security systems management and data protection.
