Job Summary:

As a skilled Welder Specialist at Austin Industries, you will be responsible for joining metal parts together using various welding techniques. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use spot welding guns, electric, or gas welding equipment to weld or tack weld pieces together.
- Unite pipes from torch to tanks of oxygen and fuel gas and turn valves to release mixture.
- Preheat work pieces for the preparation of welding or curving, using a torch.
- Fill holes or correct mistakes in lead pieces and make bulges thin and curves in metal work pieces.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of Journeyman level experience.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
