Culinary Artist

JACKMONT HOSPITALITY INC is seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service standards.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Specialist to manage the preparation of high-quality dishes in our kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols, and ensuring that all food products meet our quality standards.

1. Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes according to recipe requirements and maintain high-quality presentation standards.
2. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
3. Manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve smooth service delivery, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen position.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
