Job Title: Experienced LVN for 13 Week Contract

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team for a 13 week contract in New Hartford, NY. If you are passionate about providing excellent care to residents and improving your clinical skillset, this job might be for you.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents in a Long Term Care setting.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices.

Requirements:

* Current LVN licensure in the state of NY.
* 2+ years of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
* Two-step TB test.
* Physical exam within the last 12 months.
