Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our behavior technician team.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in behavior-analytic services and compliance. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively.

You will be involved in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the delivery of ABA services, as well as the training and development of behavior technicians. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office products.
