As a Primary Care Medical Director at ARCH Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical services to adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients in an ambulatory care setting. You will also provide clinical leadership and supervision of mid-level providers and clinical staff.

**Estimated Salary:** $250,000 - $300,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to provide leadership and medical direction for the clinic.
  • Supervise mid-level providers and other clinical staff, delegating authority/responsibility when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance and reimbursement guidelines and ARCH Healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant medical knowledge and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine, completion of residency training, and mandatory continuing medical education as required for medical license.
  • Current and valid medical license in good standing with the North Carolina Medical Board.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (Healthcare Provider) required within six months of hire date, then every two years thereafter.
