We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations, as well as special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations, ensuring compliance with relevant professional and technical guidance.
- Identify and address accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues, providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Provide guidance and coaching to staff members, evaluating their performance and improving internal processes where necessary.
- Demonstrate excellent team skills, a positive attitude, and high ethical standards, working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in auditing, preferably with a CPA certification.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility, with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Self-driven individual with the ability to work with minimal direction, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
