Your Role

As a Welder/Fabricator at Burger Boat Company, you'll be responsible for mastering MIG welding techniques, transforming designs into reality, and ensuring precision fitment of complex components. Your expertise will be essential in bringing our state-of-the-art vessels to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain expertise in MIG welding, ensuring high-quality results in all positions.
  • Work from detailed drawings, welding prints, or direct management instructions to bring complex components to form.
  • Fit, position, align, and assemble plates, structural shapes, and weldments, preparing them for integration into the hull or superstructure of the vessel.
  • Commit to quality by handling all components with care, cleaning, preparing, and welding them to meet our rigorous standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience & Skill: A minimum of one year of experience in welding, with a background in MIG welding and the ability to tackle any challenge.
  • Blueprint Expertise: Comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding prints, turning them into flawless results.
  • Team Player: Committed to achieving the best outcomes and ensuring top-notch quality in every weld.
