Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Wrapping Specialist to join our team at Bodega Latina in Fresno. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest quality meat products are available to our customers.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that requires direct supervision. The successful candidate will work closely with the Meat Cutter to determine which items need to be wrapped and rotated on the display cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the meat and seafood wrap displays
  • Fulfill customer requests for meat wrapping services
  • Work effectively with the Meat Cutter to ensure efficient wrapping operations
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use wrapping equipment
