Job Description:
The Home Care Pediatric PT supports MaineHealth Care at Home's (MHCAH) mission, vision, and values by exhibiting excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, patient and family centered care, commitment to our community, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Current State of Maine licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum one year of experience working with pediatric populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
