Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Restaurant Ambassador to join our team at MJ Lexington OpCo LLC in Lexington, KY. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing waitlists, and promoting our restaurant's brand.

About the Role:

  • You will greet guests upon arrival, manage waitlists, and provide accurate wait times.
  • You will assist dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water and beverages, and serving orders.
  • You will handle payment processing, reconcile cash drawers, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • You will contribute to a positive work environment by being a team player, flexible, and willing to learn and adapt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait times to guests.
  • Assist dining room staff with setting and clearing tables, replenishing water and beverages, and serving orders.
  • Handle payment processing, reconcile cash drawers, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Requirements:

  • You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You must be able to lift trays or supplies weighing 10-30 pounds.
  • You must have a strong desire to help others and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • You must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Prior experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
