Rathbone Precision Metals Inc is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance & Wastewater System Operator to join our team in Western Mass. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in industrial maintenance and wastewater systems.
Job Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot machine/equipment failure, with mechanical ability to remedy issues.
- Perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance on machine/equipment.
Additional duties include facility & grounds maintenance, such as building and roof repair, painting, and snow removal. You may also be required to perform minor plumbing, wiring, and welding work.
Requirements- Good work ethic, dependability, and good judgement are essential.
- A Grade 2 or 3 Industrial Wastewater certification is preferred, as defined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive movement and lift 50-65 lbs are required.
You must follow instructions from your supervisor and adhere to all department procedures and Company policies. A valid Driver's License is required, and pre-employment Physical, Drug & Alcohol, and Background Screening are necessary. This role is expected to work overtime (40+ hours per week), some weekends, and on call as needed.
CompensationPay Range: $38,272 - $68,640. Compensation depends on relevant experience.
