Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Preparation: Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and potential hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Supporting Craft Workers: Assist skilled tradesmen in completing their tasks, providing support and resources as needed to ensure project success.
  • Utility Identification: Identify and mark utilities to prevent damage during excavation, working closely with the dig crew to ensure accurate and safe digging practices.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and ready for use.
  • Supply Management: Restock trucks with necessary supplies, ensuring crews have the tools and materials needed to complete their tasks.
  • Environmental Stewardship: Seed and straw areas as needed, promoting environmental sustainability and minimizing the impact of construction activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • CDL License: CDL Class A driver's license preferred.
Work Environment:

This role operates in a field environment, requiring the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and physically demanding situations. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, climb, and perform other physically demanding tasks as required.
