Job Summary

The Structures Company is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team in Marysville, WA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving, distributing, and maintaining materials within our stores, ensuring timely and efficient inventory processes while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve receiving and inventory discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through daily spot checks and produce cycle count sheets.
  • Respond to material requests from production, prioritizing timely delivery and quality control.
  • Support the Lead/Supervisor in organizing team members to meet program expectations, serving as a backup as needed.
  • Perform inspections on incoming materials to validate goods and proper documentation, following procedures to disposition discrepancies.
  • Label and identify materials for quick retrieval and traceability within the warehouse.
  • Enter receiving/issuing transactions into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist the Quality department with traceability requirements, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Pick up and deliver materials from various locations as needed, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
  • Prepare and package materials for shipment, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Contribute to the materials management reporting systems, meeting company requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain a neat, organized work area, contributing to the daily housekeeping of the department.
  • Wear safety equipment as required, following safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Properly adhere to training and GHS/SDS guidelines when handling Hazardous Materials.
  • Maintain regular attendance, being at work, on time, and working full shifts.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate in English (read, write, and verbally communicate).
  • Mathematical knowledge and ability to apply towards problem-solving.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
  • Strong sense of ethics, character, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally as part of an established and growing team.
  • Skills operating general office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and copiers.
  • Familiar with basic Quality terms and concepts.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Ability to work outside of core business hours as required.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to climb and work on step stools and/or ladders.
  • Able to lift 25 lbs. without assistance / Able to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
  • Able to reach overhead.
  • Able to work in a non-dust-free environment.
  • Normal or corrected vision (required to perform exacting tasks).
  • Full range of motion with both hands.
  • Can work in stooping, kneeling, standing position and in cramped areas.
